Our mission is to teach, advice, coach, and mentor associates of the Institute in a manner that enables them to become competent in buying, renting, and selling real estate for profit. We will accomplish this by offering people-oriented training and mentoring programs that provide win/win results for all parties involved. We pledge to provide a unique learning experience using the talents and experience of respected individuals in the real estate investment field. We pledge our commitment to offer a life-long association with the Institute to those who make a concerted effort to utilize the principles and strategies learned from their participation in the educational and motivational programs conducted by the Institute.
